Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Generally pep boys is pretty good. They installed tires on my wife's car. They are a little bit on the expensive side. But it's a business and I have to pay their people in the lights. He also don't take my old tires anymore, for example if I've shredded a tire. I used to be able to bring them here for free.

This location had great customer service. From the moment I arrived Coley and team took great care of me. I went to another location and I wasn’t even acknowledged and I walked out and mapped directions to this location. I’m so happy I did because they addressed the issue regarding my tire efficiently and I was made aware of the situation as it progressed. If you’re looking for good service and pricing, this is your shop. Thank you again Coley and team.

Great customer service from Silas. He was very patient while answering my questions. While waiting for my vehicle, I got to observe him interacting with other customers, both in person and on the phone, and he always took the time to make sure each person’s concerns were addressed. I will definitely come back for future repair needs, and be sure to recommend this location to others!

Very unorganized place before I even went there I called and the guy at the front. Cooley basically told me that they could give me in right away. If I came in I ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours just for a battery change and still did not get the battery changed out. I had my newborn baby with me and it was very upset for the weight. The guy Cooley at the front did apologize but also let me know that it was his fault because he was the only person at the front. This place is very unprofessional and they need more employment help

I gave them a list of my concerns and issues and they took care of everything I needed. They called me before to let me know the price and everything. As a woman who was not raised to know anything about vehicles I trusted them and they did amazing
