Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Service was not bad at first... In saying that i went in to get two tires. Upon picking up my car I realized a hard pull to the right. You think they would have identified this upon test driving my car...which stated eveything was fine. I brought my car back to have them look at it. They didn't look at it and said they would charge for alignment or any other service they provided to include rotating the two front tires, inspection etc... Eventhough i had no alignment issues prior to bringing my car in for thier services. "I need to make sure my technicians are paid" exact words. ... not very helpful I guess welcome to base..... I recommend peninsula tire outside of base.

Always fine service

The staff is friendly but they never meet deadlines. If they say a service will take 1 hour, they'll keep you waiting for up to 4 hours.

Amanda the store clerk/mgr was polite and detailed. One item to NOTE; this Pep Boys is located at the Naval Post Grad grounds. You arn't getting on the property unless your are in the military or a civilian contractor at the school. I paid for the tires online. Amanda shipped my tires to Bay Automotive to be installed. Amanda told me it would be $120 to have my tires installed. It's actually $140 + some other parts BS fee for another $14. The overall value was still good but I'll probably go to Wal Mart next time, all in one stop.
