Got new tires for my wife’s car. The tires were priced at a great value, the service was great and done quickly. My wife loved the gift and I will be using this location again when my truck is ready for tires. Highly recommend!

Just got 4 tires on my car. The staff was very friendly, service was great, and they were very fast! They were kind enough to check my brakes for me and let me know they were still in good condition. This place actually cares about their customers!

I had a great experience at Pep Boys in New Lenox, IL yesterday. Lydia and Jacob worked very hard to get my new tires delivered and installed asap so my wife and her sisters would be safe on their trip to Northern Wisconsin with snow in the forecast! I feel a whole lot better nowHH that the new tires are installed and the front end is aligned! The techs there do excellent work. The tech showed me the alignment numbers before and after which was nice! The car rides like a dream now and I got it all for a great price! Had to take a sudden stop here because my car was making strange noises. I'm thankful I did because Gilbert was a lifesaver and wonderful. He got me in quickly and was super sweet and helpful with checking out my car and making sure everything was good.
