Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I came in close to closing time with a flat tire. The staff at the front were very courteous and knowledgeable. They had my tire in stock even though it was a not so common size and had it on in no time. I paid a lot less than I thought I would judging by other places I've bought tires from. Thank tou guys!! Definitely going back

I was happy to able to get in relatively quickly. My goal was to get an oil change, tire rotation, and have the mechanics check my brake pads. The check in was typical but the person that checked me in, was sassy and smart for no reason. When I handed him my fob and wheel lock key, he made a remark that "wheel locks are a waste of money and if someone wants to steal your wheels, they will steal your wheels... if you loose your wheel lock key then you have to come back to me [pep boys] and get charged to get your wheel locks off". (You are absolutely entitled to your opinion sir, but I didn't ask you about it. You need my wheel lock key to rotate my tires because I chosed to have wheel locks and wheel locks are on my vehicle).....when I returned to pick up my vehicle, the same person man

I recently came in to get my brakes done and had no problems with getting seen. Mark always goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. He’s exceptional at what he does, listens to his customers, the prices are affordable they provide coupons and I always take my car here if I need service! Thank you so much Mark for everything!

I’ve been here 4 times now. Every time I need something done they quote me half the price and can get it done four times as fast as the dealership. They’re always done a great job! Most recently Tammy was fantastic! I really appreciate how I was treated in a stressful situation.

The worst experience ive every encounter in my life pep boys made me cry I came in for a coolant replacement I littery just got out the hospital so the inside of my car was not as organized as it could of been in the inside I had a small trash bag in the front seat with two empty energy drinks cans in the trash bag my front seat had my jackery my water bottle some snacks for hiking & on the floor is my jug of coolant , a bag full of clean grocery bags I use for my trash bags my hiking boots and flip flops and a container with my random stuff and in the back of my car is my bed and my Chester drawer for my clothes & my bible and books and my laptop 💻 yes I live in my car im not paying over 2 grand for apartment Because im not busting my ass working to hand a manger my paycheck so they
