Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

We were visiting PCB and noticed some sidewall damage on our front tire. After seeing their positive reviews, I made an online appointment for 8 AM. I even called ahead at 7, and they told me to just walk in. When I arrived, they checked the tire right away and assured me it was only a cosmetic issue, safe to drive back to Atlanta. The staff was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Really appreciated their honesty and quick service—I’d definitely recommend this Pep Boys.

I would recommend anyone going to Pepboy's on Front Beach Road Panama City Beach Florida. I have known Mike the manager over 10 years at different Pepboy's locations and I have always received the best service anyone could ask for!

I was charged $117 for an engine diagnostic. Was told it needed an oxygen sensor. I said it’s should be covered under the extended warranty. I gave him the number to file a claim. I made an appointment for the next morning to have it repaired. I called the warranty company and they explained that it is a covered part and you have to go online to get it approved. When I returned to Pep Boys the manager said he wouldn’t go on line and take the time to get approval. I asked for my money back and that was denied. I ended up going to the Chevrolet dealer and they had it approved and my policy also included a rental car and they gave me the paperwork to get a rental and the took me to Herrz to get the rental. I will never go to Pep Boys again.

They lied and told me my battery wasn't going to survive another night and that I need to buy another one and have it installed for $406. I had my battery load checked by a trusted mechanic and I read the load myself. It's just fine! Don't trust them! And told me I needed new air cabin filters lol! I just had those changed! They're all about getting bonuses and premiums! They're not reliable

Had my rear brakes done on the Stinkin' Lincoln, no issues, good counter staff, easy breezy, almost painless, and it didn't bankrupt me. make sure you use the coupon on their Pep Boy's website, tell 'em Manny, Moe, and Jack sent ya.
