Olman gave great customer service and was the best experience! Pep Boys has always been my go to for tires and maintenance! Why? When traveling you can always find one and they are always there to help!

I had an appointment for a vehicles inspection and all went well. I git checked in quickly (always remember to bring in your car registration and it helps if you note or take a pic if the oddometer. Quick and professional Service. Great job!

Olman was very friendly and gave me great service. Went in for what I thought would be a new tire but turns out there was a rubber piece stuck in the tire air valve that was preventing me from putting air in the tire. He could’ve not said anything and let me buy two brand new front tires but he not only let me know of the issue, he took me in the garage and showed me. Which was a small quick fix, He put air in the tire at no cost and everything was kosher. Saved $400 today lol

I went to Pep Boys on Fayetteville Rd to purchase tires and have them installed. They quoted me a price (which was a little cheaper than most) and said they will be in the next day, which they were. I had them installed, balanced, and a 4 wheel alignment, all took a bit over an hour and a half. Very good service. I thank them.

Had a absolutely incredible experience with the one on Fayetteville and ten ten. Actually left a different location and went right over and they got me in and out in under 35 minutes. I was completely blown away by their customer service. Night and day from the other pep boys i went too! 10 out of 10 recommend!
