Kenneth at the front desk at Pep Boys provided outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident about the service being done. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Because of Kenneth, this visit was smooth and stress-free. I will definitely be returning and recommending this location to others!

This Pep Boys location on North Henry Blvd in Stockbridge demonstrates a complete breakdown in management, communication, and basic customer responsibility. My vehicle was held for over a month. During that time, there was no proactive communication whatsoever. I had to repeatedly call and follow up just to get minimal updates, many of which later turned out to be inaccurate or contradictory. Promised timelines were missed without explanation, and no one took ownership of the delay. The store manager failed to manage the situation at any level. If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. The moment PepBoys found out I had a warranty, they suddenly came up with a whole laundry list of “repairs” they claimed needed to be done. I dropped my car off on 12/2, and I’m just now getting it back — only because I had to take it to Precision Auto to get the actual work done. Mr. Kelvin never even told me he moved my car to another location. I don’t care if it’s across the parking lot — if you’re moving my vehicle, I should be notified. Instead, my car sat somewhere else for days while he tried to squeeze more money out of my warranty company than what was truly needed. I initially had an appointment for Friday at 5pm. Upon arrival, I was informed that there was only 1 person who could change my tires and that person was at lunch. Upon coming back from break that person had 2 other jobs ahead of mine. As a result, I agreed to reschedule my appointment for the following Tuesday. When I arrived on Tuesday for my 1pm appointment, my order could not be located. This process took over 45 minutes to resolve. After this was corrected, I sat for 3 hours waiting for my tires to be changed while watching various employees sit around and walk back and forth on their phones while 1 person worked off and on with my car.
