I give them 0 stars- it just does not let me submit!. Went end of October 2025for a flat tire and had 1 customer in lobby. Took a very long time to have service completed and while waiting I look over and you see the person working on my truck watching TV. Was patient and waited. They came out and told me that where you put air valve was broken but all 4 sensors needed replacement. I asked price for it and since price was within amount I could spend let them know to go ahead and proceed - added tire rotation (it was only $9.99) and alignment (since price was still within my budget)- so I knew with all services it was reasonable price about $350 total including sensors. I went in for a tire repair. They removed the wheel and told me the hole was too big and couldn't be fixed. I asked to see the tire and they hadn't even discounted the tire from the rim. I told to remove the tire and see how big the hole is They refused and said they would only put on a new tire. Since I was captive here because I couldn't leave on 3 wheels I had to put on a new tire. They assured me that they new tire would be the same load rating as my present tires. I asked for my old tire back and looked when I got home and it was a small nail hole that barely went through, and easy fik. I also looked and they put on a standard load tire and my tires are xl. What a ripoff. What should have been an easy $25 tire repair turned into almost $400. Never again pep boys!

Excellent service! Great communications 📞 Friendly services. I dropped off my wife's 2018 Honda Accord for a brake inspection early in the morning. Throughout the process, they kept in contact with me through text, and I could see where the car was in the process. It was a busy day, so I could only respond by text to proceed with recommendations. I was even able to pay by mobile, which made it even easier for me. At the end of the day, all my wife needed to do was pick up the car.

Worst experience by far. I’ve had far more knowledgeable people work on my vehicle that cost half as much. I took it in to get door switches looked at. The “master technician” couldn’t figure out how to get my door panels off so he ended up breaking/damaging my door panels and door switches. I asked him about how that happened and he immediately got defensive and denied anything happened. I asked to talk to someone else at the front and I was ignored and told to just talk to the technician about it. I paid these people hundreds of dollars to break my door panels AND switches and not fix the issue. But I’m told their master tech has “30 years of experience” but can’t figure out how to take off a door panel. Absolute joke of a location.

I went in without an appointment for a new tire installation & received good service. The entire process was completed promptly.
