I had a very good experience last night. Dewan is a gentleman , professional and polite. He took the time to answer all my questions. He was considerate and helped me find a price i was comfortable with. Caleb was a gentleman as well. I am very happy with the work he did on my breaks. I will definitley be returning . Thank you for the wonderful customer service.

Dewan was helpful & friendly. My car was done quickly and without an appointment. The price was fair and much less than the dealer would charge. Will definitely be back again.

Unlike other shops that fix one issue only for the light to come back on, Pep Boys worked to identify the real cause and ensure the vehicle ran properly. This shop has earned a loyal customer for future maintenance and repairs.

If no stars were possible, that’s what I would give. Brough my pick up in for service and was told they had to do a diagnostic check on it so I gave them the keys and told them to go ahead. They took the vehicle back right away. After sitting there for THREE hours, I asked for an update. They hadn’t even looked at it yet! I was sitting directly in front of the person who checked me in the whole time. Crazy bad communication.

Drove over 1 hour to this location for 4 new tires...had an appointment. Checked in and I'm told its going to take 3 hours to install tires. Sitting and waiting for over 45 minutes to be told "We dont have the tires you ordered". Tried to offer me lower grade tires for same price and would not honor price on better tires. Horrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
