Hello to all whom may be considering coming to this mechanic shop. If you want a solid team to get your vehicle taken care of this is the place you need to go! Wendall (shop manager), Paul, and Darren that work the front office are awesome! They are quick to diagnose the problems with my fleet vehicles and get the job done right every time. I would highly recommend this location if you are in need of repairs. They are also pretty fair in my opinion for pricing, super welcoming and have grabbed the bull by the horns with any problems I’ve brought to them from engine replacements, transmission replacements, brakes, etc! My experience at Pep Boys of Woodinville was great! Jake, the mechanic, did very good work, and Wendell, the service manager, made sure my vehicle got the exact parts it needed. The team there is helpful, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured or confused. The cost of the work was fair and competitive, and I left with the confidence knowing the work was done right.

If I could leave a minus I would. I took my jeep in there with a coolant problem. They replace the thermostat and the temp sensor. I asked them to FLUSH the system and make sure everything was right cost didn’t matter. A week or so later it was over heating took it back in. They said all was fine. A couple weeks later overheating again and again all was fine a third time I took it in and it was a bad thermostat. They replaced it with an “expensive one” no issues for a few months. All of a sudden I have no heat. I look there is no coolant. Now remember I asked them to flush system. One would think they would have done a pressure test. Now they want over two grand because radiator is leaking. Hmmm weird I smelled antifreeze since they fixed it but assumed it was just overflow. Long story sho
