Got into a bad accident, left in ambulance. After leaving and still recovering went to the tow company that towed my vehicle. I went to retrieve my prescription Ray Bans that a deceased veteran friend of mine helped pay for out of my car and they were stolen. On the Instagram footage a bystander shared you can see she managed to catch the driver leaning into the glove box to take my glasses. I spoke with the tow yard individual that was in a shed and was extremely defensive almost to the point of being prepared. It’s a shame because those glasses took a long time to receive and I’m a 100% disabled veteran

This tow yard is without a doubt the definition of unprofessionalism and shadiness. They managed to damage my vehicle while in there possession. Despite having concrete photo and video evidence, complete with time stamps proving the damage was not present before pickup, Kim continues to disappear and refuses to acknowledge any responsibility for the damage inflicted on my vehicle while in their possession. To add insult to injury, Kim even had the audacity to provide me with a fake phone number to send the evidence to. I have already taken the necessary steps by filing a claim, and rest assured, my insurance will be pursuing this matter. *AVOID THIS TOW YARD AT ALL COSTS*

Took over two hours to get someone to my home and 3/4 phone call. Both of my vehicles we down. The gentleman that dealt with my cars was wonderful and even gave me a discount. So aside from the 1st impression it ended rather well.

Had car towed to this shop from recommendation of tow truck driver. They looked at car. Never had any discussion of cost from looking at car. Got hit with a bill of $130. Thought it excessive when there was no discussion of cost. Don't mind paying something but I felt ripped off, especially since the car is not fixed. My son talked to the owner after he looked at the car and he could not answer any questions when asked. Not happy. Had car towed from this establishment. Make sure you ask all questions prior to them touching your car so you don't get scammed like I did.
