Best place to go to get your car fixed and running

Took it in for a wheel bearing problem. They didn’t even check it. I had my truck checked by another mechanic and they said it is my wheel bearing. But is ok I have another mechanic now, if they didn’t want to work on it they should have just said that. I wouldn’t prefer them to anyone one now I’ll take my business elsewhere and my car didn’t sat there for almost week. If you want your vehicle repaired fast go somewhere else because they got there picks on what they want to work on. Would give them 0 stars if I could they don’t deserve the one star I gave them.

Was given an appointment for 1-24-23 to bring my vehicle for diagnostics, quote and repairs. Truck was leaking water and AC was not cooling. I called or went by 4 times to check on the work being done and every time another excuse of why they had not looked at it yet. On 2-7-23 a lady called to tell me the leak was the water pump and there was no Freon in the AC. She quoted $669 for repairs and that they would put a dye in my AC to locate leaks. I approved the quote. I went to pick up my truck at 11:00AM on 2-28-23. The lady said she had made a mistake on the quote and now the $769.27. I paid it just glad to finally get my truck back and fixed. Drove across town with the AC on but no cool air. At first everything looked good. Went in for an alternator , Which I bought myself, and they said that it would've been easier if I bought it through them, but since I bought it they went ahead and installed it for me. It broke down. So the next time I went, I returned the alternator and bought through them this time and whenever I got my car back it broke down again. So, when I called them for a tow back to the shop, because I couldn't physically get the car to move. the guy on the phone yelled at me about moving the car, but I told him that I couldn't move the car which was the entire reason why I was calling him. He proceeded to yell at me and I had to pause before I could speak to him and let him know that the car wouldn't move. So they finally came and got it again and they fixed
