The owner got back to me and was unaware of the issues I had with his employees not returning my calls or letting him know that I was unhappy. He told me he would fix whatever I needed fixed to make things right and that was good enough for me. I have since hit 2 elk and the bumper did exactly what I got it for and save the pickup from being inoperable. I’ll have them move some switches and fix a couple other issues once the body shop is all done with my pickup. Corrected a couple of small problems immediately. I would have them do work for me again.
