I brought my daughter’s car in to have an alignment. I was very pleased with the service. They initially missed a repair that needed to be made but didn’t charge me for the additional work because they missed it when it was in initially. I appreciated that very much. I’ve never had a shop not charge for work they should have caught. They earned my respect and future business.

I got an oil change. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. However, it is clear they push their employees to upsell their customers. Every single customer while I was in there was suggested a part or item that needed replaced. Not necessarily bad, but be wary and know what your car actually needs on advance.

Worst experience EVER!! I went in for an oil change and vehicle inspection.. I asked for FULL SYNTHETIC oil and SEMI SYNTHETIC is what they put in my car along with a faulty oil filter that was leaking. That didn’t upset me much but what did upset me was the vehicle inspection. I was told my car needed FRONT and REAR UPPER and LOWER control arms and ball joints, cabin air filter, and that my drive shaft was leaking and that my Jeep was not safe to drive with the problems and it was going to cost almost $4,000. I took it to another mechanic who I’ve known since he opened his doors 20+ years ago from where we used to live.. he said, “no no no no no control arms won’t fix your problem and you don’t need new ones, you just need the bushings and front ball joints and a cabin air filter, cost i

I've been going to Performance Tire off and on for the last 25 years. They really do have the best customer service you will find. They are thorough and get things fixed right the first time. Very knowledgeable staff there and I think I will get my next set of tires through them soon. A+ experience
