9 am appointment for an inspection and 45,000 mile maintenance. Car was not finished until 5 pm. Registration was laying on the car floor, no sticker in the window for next maintenance check, the maintenance light on the dashboard was not deactivated and when they called to say my car was finished and that it was just getting washed...I got to my car and it definitely had not been washed. Still covered with salt residue. Unfortunately I usually expect this kind of sevice but this was by far the worst yet.

Went for Oil change and found out my Rav 4 needed a wheel alignment. Staff was fast and efficient, and friendly despite being busy this morning. Price was reasonable. Will definitely return.

We went because we had a certificate for a car detail. I brought my husband’s 4Runner that he’s had for nearly 10 years and never been cleaned on the inside. When we went to pick it up, we were absolutely shocked! It looked almost brand new, both inside and out! Additionally, everyone there was so kind and helpful that we decided to change dealerships to go there, and we live over an hour away. We highly recommend Performance Toyota!
