I came in for an oil change and a heating issue, and Robert made the entire experience outstanding from the moment I arrived. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel confident I chose the right service center for my first visit. He kept everything smooth and stress-free, and my vehicle was diagnosed and repaired within two days. Truly professional service all around—thanks to Robert and the team, I’ll definitely be returning.

I stopped by the VW Parts office in Lyndhurst and Manager James E. helped me out. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and was actually enjoyable. James has an excellent service attitude, stayed supportive through the whole process, and really knows how to take care of customers. I left completely satisfied and grateful for his help. He truly deserves recognition for his great work!

Robert helped me out today after having to drop my car off last night due to a coolant issue. He was super fast and helpful and got the job done.

I came in because my convertible top was leaking. That repair was easy and not expensive. They did not overcharge me, or attempt to claim it was it more than it was. They told me of multiple other repairs, some of which I just had done. They gave me prices for the repairs. I told them which repairs to do, and they did not try to sell me other repairs. They communicated by text and phone, and they were prompt in their communications. They fixed the car in a timely manner. The car is fine. I would go back there.
