I have been taking my 2005 Volkswagen Beetle to Peterson’s for quite a while now and they keep her running like a top. Everyone that works there is really nice and honest which I greatly appreciate. They have gone above and beyond for me many times by giving me a ride home while they worked on my car, and even coming to my house to give me a jump when I had left my headlights on since I live here in town. Their prices are really reasonable compared to other shops I’ve been to in the past and they don’t try to upsell me stuff I don’t need which I appreciate. They give me fair estimates too so I have been able to budget well for the repairs needed. I recommend them all the time in person to people and thought it was about time I left them a formal review on Google since I just saw them this

Took my mustang in to get the suspension fixed, they fixed it quick and corrected my alignment too. Came back at a later date to have the timing chain and cams replaced. The car drives like a dream , these guys always have your back.

Petersen's has earned my trust and business! Omar and the team at Petersen's were amazing! I mistakenly took my 2018 Explorer to Price Ford who quoted me more than double what Petersen's charged for the same work. Additionally we tried another mechanic in town who was unable to do the work. Omar even walked me through how to reprogram the lift gate over the phone.

Be sure to check tires after being serviced here. Had my oil changed, one of my tires was a little low. After the oil change I found that they added air to my tire, nice right. Well tested the inflation and it was filled to over 65psi. The max psi on the tire is 44. I’m lucky the tire didn’t explode. This place is dangerous.

I’m new here and needed to find a mechanic that can I can trust and that will be my “go to” for all my automotive needs. I really think I lucked out on coming here first. Not only are they welcoming and personable, but they are also professional and experienced. Everyone that came in raved about them. Plus they got me in so quickly. I am thankful I came here.
