Chad came through for myself & my daughter when we needed a tow and had no idea who to call for help. Chad was super helpful in getting one of his driver to tow my car that stopped along side the ride miles away. He had great communication along with his tow truck driver Aaron. Which was a such a relief to know things were being taken care of. Aaron even called me to let me know he had found my car and gotten it back safely to the shop. He even took the time to look my car over. Chad & Aaron both went the extra mile to help us out with a tow and would highly recommend this company to anyone! Thanks again for all your help!

Tow truck driver was incredible. He helped get my car started when I thought I needed to get it towed, fixed a door weather seal, and even waited with the vehicle until I could return. Super professional and genuinely kind. highly recommend!

Earlier this week, we were north of Brainerd, MN, when one of our tires went flat. It took a while for our insurance company to contact a tow truck. It was unsettling to be an out-of-towner with car trouble but Aaron was efficient, professional and above all, courteous and friendly. He got our car to Brainerd in no time. We were able to get a new tire mounted and be on our way home to Illinois in about an hour. Thank you Aaron! We sincerely appreciate your help!

Missed a cornet, launched myself off an embankment. Got to me in less than 15 minutes. Provided comic relief in a stressful situation. Made sure the vehicle was safe to drive. Driver was kind, personable, and professional. Response was quick. Service was fairly priced. Would call again, but I hope I don't have a need.

Long story, towed us 120 miles to our home. Waited for 2 hours for good Sam’s to find us a tow. I called Pettersons towing, they could be there in 20 minutes. Gave good Sam’s the phone number and they paid the toll. On a Saturday night north of Brainard to Plymouth Great service. Tow truck driver 5* too
