Ridgeview Highlands Apartments & Townhomes 55+

In the past year, I have discovered that my apartment was supposed to be renovated before I moved in. I've been paying rent at that scale for three years. When I was shown the apartment, they did not show me what a renovated one looks like. So when this one was clean. And sparkling I thought that was what Ridgeview called renovated. I had to wait 10 weeks from the day of looking at the apartment to move in date. If the apartment was not gonna be renovated, then my rent should've been reduced. My understanding is that they did put new vinyl in the kitchen and the dining area but nothing else was done. Now every one of my appliances is over 20 years old and they all have problems and I've had maintenance here and they said they were suggesting I get new ones in stainless. I keep asking wha

Our new refrigerator and freezer doors would not completely close without an additional tap. Maintenance staff responded to our request the same day we asked. They adjusted the legs of the refrigerator and the doors close perfectly now. Thank you!

Bred was very polite and helpful bringing me a heater incase my heat went out fully. He came to check how I was doing while we waited for parts. My heat was fixed as soon as possible. Thank you Brad.

Only 1 closet hole coverage was completed. We need someone to come and complete the other closet hole. The holes were made when the sprinkling system was checked a long time ago. PLEASE complete the rest of the service and have the hole plastered and finished completely in the other closet. How would you like to have a hole on your closet like attached photo. It's been over 2 months since the sprinkler system was checked and that hole in my closet has not been fixed. We were told by one workman that fixed the sprinkler system if we had a fire the sprinkler system would of not worked. PLEASE HAVE THE HOLE PLASTERED IN MY CLOSET! SEE the attached photo. I was contacted on May 19th. by the office here that they were sorry that it is taking so long to have my closet hole plastered and fixed

The drip from my tub spout is still happening but very little, so I will not have anyone come back until it gets worse. The sink lifter/plug is working fine though.
