Pete's Express Car Wash North Wales

I got the car wash service that was on the list of options second one up from the bottom. It was about nine dollars and included the undercarriage service. The right side of my car was cleaned well and the rest of the car was cleaned decently well; however, the left side still had a surprising amount of salt residue.

This was after the car wash. I spoke with the young men who work there and they said it was because I needed a Membership. I told them I needed the salt of my jeep. After trying to gaslight me into believing it’s not their fault salt is still in my jeep…I did not falter - I went through the car wash again. This time it rinsed the jeep off AND the dryers worked. Last run through no dryer - just a soaking, salty jeep no better than it was before I paid for the rinse. Thrn I go to vacuum and the vacuum breaks! A very frustrating experience when you just want the business to work like it should. I just wanted to rinse and vacuum my jeep.

I have been an unlimited member for two years, and this was an embarrassing display of incompetence and disrespect. I arrived before closing, waited 10+ minutes in line, scanned my membership successfully, and proceeded through the kiosk like any other customer. About 10 cars ahead of me were allowed through without issue. When there was one car left in front of me, employees suddenly decided they were “closed” and told me to leave. This happened at 5:01 PM. If you are closing, close the entrance from the street. This requires elementary problem solving skills. Do not allow customers to line up, scan memberships, and waste their time only to be arbitrarily kicked out at the last second. Our deluxe monthly subscription to Pete’s allows us unlimited visits for car washes each month, I've even gone through multiple times a day. Anyway our Toyota Highlander looks fantastic as a result. I have been coming here now for a while without any issues. Everything was pleasant before; however, today I tried to get in as always with my car and the employee told me that my membership was expired even though I was charged for the service automatically every Month. For this month, I was charged a few days ago andshowed proof of payment to the manager who came out and made me wait like 20 minutes decided to come out with an attitude talk to me like I’m crazy. This dude is definitely miserable at his job and does not know how to resolve any issue because this was an easy fix but no worries. Don’t come here they’re scammers with a manager who has little to no people skills
