PFM Auto & Fleet – Carmel

I bought a car from Carvana and my check engine light came on after 5 days. I took it to PFM and the customer service and communication was exceptional. They worked with the warranty company my car was under and went out of their way to contact them when communication was slow. They fixed my car super fast. I really appreciate them helping me out and would 100% recommend!

2 awful experiences after years of patronage. I brought my 2019 VW in to figure out what some dash lights that were illuminated were. PFM said they could read the sensors and tell me what it was. Instead, they swapped my battery for a brand new one and then told me that their computers aren’t new enough (?) to tell me what was wrong with my car, but it was probably the battery so they swapped it and I had to pay for it. All my lights are still on. They should have told me a 6 YEAR OLD car was too new for them to work on before even offering to do the work. Yesterday I decided to give them another. I asked to have a hitch installed on my car that I provided. The work is a hatchet job - My bumper valance is jutting out and not even fully re-attached to the car. when I went to push

We had some engine trouble coming to town from Kansas on Thanksgiving. PFM was one of the only shops open and willing to take a look at our car on black Friday. Dennis and the other team members were very professional, upfront and courteous. They were able to make sure the car would get us back to Kansas. Thanks to them, our trip wasn't ruined. Their prices were also very reasonable.

They were able to get my car in quickly, assess what was wrong and gave me a full detailed report with videos and all. Very professional, affordable and great communicators. I would recommend to anyone!

My family has all 4 of our vehicles serviced and maintained by PFM-Carmel. Great team, customer focused and quality work are not the exception but the rule. Highly recommend this location!
