I've been coming to this auto repair shop for over 20 years, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. The service here is consistently top-notch, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. The owner and the technicians are not only highly skilled but also genuinely friendly and approachable. Whether it's regular maintenance or more extensive repairs, I've always been impressed with their professionalism and dedication. This place truly goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Talk about quick service. Had a need to replace my car front hood struts and he accomplished replacing it in less than 30 minutes! Super service!

I got a nail in my tire and came here upon recommendation from another auto shop since the latter didn’t do patches. The price was $30 for a patch, they said (keep this in mind). They checked under the hood and the air filter as well, and they recommended replacing the radiator as they said it was broken. I didn’t think it was, but my engine oil had been mysteriously disappearing so I surmised this may (?) have been the issue all along. I had my doubts but reluctantly agreed to replace the radiator for an additional $340. Two and a half hours later, the job was done and when time came to pay, they tried upping the price of each service by $10 (so $20 more total) for some reason. I had a terrible experience at Philip Complete Auto Repair. my car in for an electrical issue, and after they “fixed” it, the car was actually in worse condition than before. On top of that, it was unfortunately stolen after I picked it up. I can’t help but feel that the poor repair work contributed to the situation.

My Prius was missing a 20mm bolt that hold the plastic bracket at the bottom of the car. Took my car here to have the bolt installed. Only took them 5 seconds to put the replacement bolt on and they charged me $10. I was extremely shocked, but paid him anyway. By all means, DO NOT bring your car to this place. They will rip you off. Not only that, owner was super rude. There are plenty Mechanic businesses around this area that will treat you with respect and will charge you with reasonable fees.
