I was putting hundreds and hundreds into my old beater, trying to build my credit and save for a car. I talked to Eric about my dilemma and he put me in a car that I can only describe as a dream come true. Having a car that I can enjoy on road trips, without worrying about having a tow service ready, is pure joy and freedom. My husband signed a contract with him. He got our $$ and then checked out. ONE vehicle link was sent to us the first week. 3 months later with no communication on his part, multiple texts to him went ignored...to say I'm angry is an understatement. Do NOT use Eric's "service". Waste of money.

I highly recommend Phoenix Preferred!! My husband and I wanted to get a better car to tow a camper and knew Eric would be the guy to make sure we got the best deal. Eric helped my husband and I out of a negative equity car that just wasn't working for us anymore. Got us the SUV we wanted for a lot less then we had been able to work out with any dealers. Eric made the process super easy, came and got my car to take for trade in value. Eric was absolutely awesome, this is one of the best services we've ever had! With kids, it was all but impossible to find time to go to a dealership and test drive a car, and we couldn't even imagine the song and dance negotiation process. Having Eric manage all of those details in addition to advising of us our best option, finding us a car and brining a car to test drive and the final car to our house was incredible. Hugely recommend!
