Terrible experience!!! I called and made an appointment about a month out for a rattling noise my CRV is experiencing. I show up on time and drop off my car and am told I will receive an update by the end of the day. Day goes by and I hear nothing back so I decide to call and am told that they didn't have a technician available to look at the car so it would have to be tomorrow. The next day goes by and I hear nothing. On the third day I call in the morning and ask if there is an update and I am told that there is no update and my car might not be seen for a few more days! On top of that not even an apology for this inconvenience. What is the point of an appointment ONE MONTH in advance, if you can't even service it on the day (or even next day)? I do not recommend their service departmen

Best service I've experienced. Thanks to Brad and the mechanics, I was in and out in one hour - oil change, tire rotation and inspection (that I wasn't aware of). Friendly, efficient and they don't charge for every little thing like some auto body shops do!

Definitely would only come for honda parts. Nothing more, nothing less. The last time i got my car serviced here was for brakes, trans, and antifreeze coolant change. Pretty simple right? Wrong. By the time i got my car back, i saw antifreeze spilled all of my engine bay front to back. Mind you, i have an accord. There is only one place you're supposed to pour coolant. I haven't had my car service there since. This was back in april, btw.

I walked into Piazza Honda at 7pm and thanks to Frank Crinite I drove out of there at 8pm. After a few minutes of talking, Frank knew exactly what kind of car I would like and he was right! Him and his guys work fast and are great at what they do. I'll recommend Frank to everyone I know in search of a new car.

Came to get parts for my Acura as I have many times as all Acura parts are Honda parts and the Acura dealer is 45 mins away. When I told the associate that I needed wiper inserts for an Acura he simply responded "nope." I had to follow up to ask what he meant. Long story short, I had to look up the part numbers on my own and he reluctantly gave them to me. Will definitely order online next time as this local business didn't want my business.
