The Piazza dealership is simply awful. They're overpriced, the salespeople are rude, and they bait and switch. The Piazza service center, on the other hand, is second to none. They really go the extra mile for you. The don't price gouge and the communication is excellent. This is the only place I'll ever take my Honda. Just, whatever you do, don't buy a Honda there.
I showed up after working 12 hours at 0745 for oil and filter change they managed to get me seen and out in about 45 min and adding my oil additive was very pleased
