This place is so shady they apparently deleted their page and/or reviews after getting so much negative feedback. Well, I'll be the first to repeat my review. Unless you want to go somewhere where they will create more problems with your car than it originally had and then try and charge you for the repairs caused by their lazy incompetence, avoid this place at all costs. Unapologetically inconsiderate and neglectful, true scam artists who clearly create problems to milk VW and/or your warranty company. A case has been opened with VW for my issues, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Shannon, and the rest of the BS crew in the service department, are the worst I've dealt with in the tri-state area.
