If I could give them no stars, I would. Very cold, unconcerned, nonchalant, and disgruntled during every phone conversation had with the owner. My boyfriend had a small wreck in my car(car could have been driven), and was charged $736 to get my car out on top of dealing with finding out my boyfriend had a stroke. I’ve never had a car accident, but I had never heard of such insane prices. I asked why so much and was told a $250 tow fee, a $250 Recovery Fee because it was “out in the woods(not even close, ran into some brush),” $5 a mile for 15 mi =$75 plus more added bogus fees. When I called in shock his response was well if you have full coverage they should cover the tow fee. Well I don’t have full coverage and how dare you rob people like this right before Christmas?!
