Rapid Lube

Brought truck in said they couldn’t change the oil because it was too hard. Brought my wife’s car in and they said they couldn’t do it because of the oil pan plug was plastic, even though they changed it last time. If you have a new car they probably can’t change the oil.

Paid 80.19$ for a oil change. A week later my car is broken down sounded like it threw a rod hook it to the reader and shows up no oil. Called rapid lube and they basically called me back to read off the invoice they gave me. No refund no anything!!!! I will definitely not be going back!!!! MONEY WASTED! THEN the man asked to come to my house to see the vehicle when I had to put it in the shop to get fixed. And still pay the car note on it while it's in there. Be for real!!!

The service is friendly. Paul was very helpful even helping me with a recomendation of a place nearby to get new tires for my car. The work area was clean and organized. The other employees were very respectful and my daughter had fun watching them go back and forth checking everything. So far would definitely recommend. Prices were as usual for this kind of service.

Quick, professional and nice people. Really all you can ask for or want. They did not try and up-sell or add on extra stuff, I like that. Its not like they were busy so it would have been an easy opportunity to try and pad the earnings but they did the right thing. Kind of rare these days.

Dealer charged us 58 bucks for a full service. We decided to use this place since we were in town, they charged us $80 just for an oil change. Looking at the sheet they gave us it was $58 just for an oil change and then somehow jumped it to $74 for the subtotal, and then $79 after tax. I dont know where they got $80 at but it is not acceptable.
