I called earlier today and asked them to help me with a plate light that went out. I arrived 30 minutes before they closed, Ronnie saw me right away and took care of the light for me. We talked about additional issues that will need to be addressed in the near future, he explained what they involve and how he can help. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Very professional, personable and interested in helping. I will go back.

Excellent service. We were traveling through and broke down. They were the only shop that would take us in even though they were very busy. The owner is so nice and very knowledgeable. He could have said no but he helped us out when we really needed it. Very reasonable prices and fast work. I can't say enough good things about Raines. 10/10 would recommend.

Just good honest hardworking people. Granddaughter lives in Atlanta TX. Engine damaged and replaced by Ronnie and group. They were excellent to work with. No over charges. I worked at a local Chevrolet dealership for 11 years and 32 years for GM calling on dealers all over the country who could learn several things from Ronnie’s shop about customer satisfaction. My son knows the owner of a large shop in Texarkana who told my son he would not have any problem if Ronnie and his crew worked his personal vehicle. Ronnie also has my granddaughter come by the shop to check the oil and check things out. Great job.

I needed some work done on my vehicle. They ordered the part & gave me an estimate of how much it would cost. I had no ride home while the vehicle was being worked on & they helped with that too. I felt like they were honest & trustworthy.
