4/5 stars. ***Descriptive review *** Communication was off from the beginning, some days I wouldn’t hear from the salesman. After going in person, I saw it was a smaller dealership with only one guy juggling the customers so it made more sense. It’s a small dealership so you gotta take that into consideration but the guy Max was cool to talk to and was very helpful in person, over the phone and text you might get lost in messages due to the busy foottraffic, so plan on calling a couple times occasionally. Buying process was smooth, truck was nice and drove it just about an hour home and was good. Only complaint that got them 4 out of 5 stars was the gas being on E. Max did an amazing job helping me get into my 2019 Wrangler. I was there over 5 hrs working at a deal and finalizing contracts. Max took it like a champ and stayed with me. 4 stars only because of the time I was there and was getting impatient, but the service was great.

Max was super easy to work with, answered any questions I had and financing through them was super simple. Car looks great, runs great and I’m very pleased with my experience. Max is the man and if you’re in the market for a used car I would HIGHLY recommend giving max a call!

My wife wanted a new van as we have recently had a new edition to the family. Anyways we went to a couple other places to look and no one was very helpful and didn’t find anything we liked. However, when we went to Picasso Imports the sales rep was highly charismatic and made you feel like a valued customer whether you were looking or buying.
