Would not recommend at all very rude. Bought a truck in October of 2025 and didn’t last a month before the transmission went out. Tried calling an talking to her about it and no response. Would not recommend.

Listen , all these bad reviews are fake, this place is wonderful and Mrs. Janice is absolutely outstanding of being nice, on task, and does not ever rush you. Also Mr. Curt is wonderful and the best.

I bought a 2014 Honda oddysey from Pierce County Auto and it hasn’t been 8,000 miles later and my head gasket blew… my wife has had the oil change done and the tires rotated that’s the only work even done to the vehicle since owning it and no check engine light still. I’ve called up there and they seem evasive and dodgy and hasn’t seemed to help. They also sold me a dodgy and sketch Warranty and tried to push the blame off onto the bank when I bought the warranty from the sales woman at pierce. All I want is help getting the van repaired but nobody wants to do the work cause of how sketch the warranty company is. What do I do? I’m now in a contract for a van that’s blew up not even 7 months.

Absolute rip off. If you can afford to make payments on a vehicle that’s overpriced you might get a decent vehicle. Charge me $6400 for a 2011 GMC Acadia. They knew it needed $4000 oil pump replacement and still wouldn’t come off any price. They said they had money in it, but the most they had was whatever they paid the man to clean it out. Now I’m out $6400 and a vehicle because I can’t afford to get it replaced. Do not believe anything that they tell you about their vehicles because it is a lie.
