First time stepping inside the building, buying a vehicle and dealing with Pierson Ford and couldn’t have been more appreciative on how friendly everyone was. Paul was very knowledgeable on all the features on my new Lincoln which had a lot. He took the time to come out and help my wife and I figure every button and app it had to offer. Brad in finance made everything smooth and effortless with the paper work. Would highly recommend. Thanks again.

Staff were very accommodating with a need to reschedule my appointment and got the work done very quickly when I was able to come at a later time. The service staff were extremely friendly and helpful, as always, at this dealership.

Another amazing buying experience with Jason today. He is very kind and patient and makes the whole experience stress free. He is very professional and dedicated. He made sure all my questions were answered and welcomed me back with any more. He even helped me navigate the parts department for accessories.

Salesman was fine but be careful buying used vehicles from them.Take it to a different shop for inspection. I took a chance and it was bad. If the vehicle had any sort of inspection by them they didn't disclose any issues. I find it hard to believe they bought the vehicle with zero inspections performed.The next day I instantly regretted it, broken radiator, bad ignition coils, electrical issues etc. After inspection from a trusted shop in town it will cost me 2400 to get the main issues fixed, and that's not everything. They lost my business.

Experience with the staff at Pierson Ford was fine. The problem was after I bought a truck sight unseen from them. Everything seemed well at first until I heard the engine was rattling a day or two after delivery. Took it into the respective manufactures dealership of the truck as it wasn't a Ford. It is now currently getting a small block rebuild on the engine (thankfully the mileage is low so it is still under manufacture warranty). I advise if you buy a used vehicle from these guys to go see it in person first, because clearly their mechanics are deaf or they knew of the issue and just let it slide.
