I paid for the ultimate car wash at $13.99, and when the transaction was complete the machine said, “thank you, you have selected the express wash…” which I did not! And it still charged me $13.99. Mind you, the express is $8.99. So I thought, maybe it’s a mistake. I entered the wash, and unfortunately only got, a presoak, a scrub (those roller spinning scrub things) a power rinse, a spot free rinse, and dry! I didn’t get soap, hot wax, nothing! So disappointing!
