They replaced all my windows in my 50 year old house. They turned out great and we are very pleased. I highly recommend.

2 stars is for the actual crews that come out. The guys work hard to make a living. The business on the other hand, it's shocking how they stay afloat. Months, several months have expired with this business just sourcing a shaft for my shop door. No call, no explanation. When I called to let them know I sourced the part, and got another repair company to do the job within 3 days time, "we apologize for the inconvenience" was the reply. If you read the reviews you'll see that this is a frequent issue. They either don't care about residential work or they keep the doors open with servicing commercial contracts. I don't know. What I am unequivocally sure of, if you need work done DO NOT use PB glass & overhead door. Don't say I didn't warn you.

They’ve come out 3 times to replace 2 windows. First time - They measured wrong so no new windows but they took out the old ones and broke them so we were left with no windows at all. 2nd time- brought the right ones but as they installed them they broke them. So we got cracked windows until they ordered new ones which would take 2 weeks. 3rd time- put one in right and broke another one. Maybe just handle garage doors if your company can’t handle glass
