Pine City Auto Sales, a family owned business run by Keith Babin, is an incredibly honest, transparent, friendly and fair place to buy a vehicle. I found them on CarGurus and put in a request for more information for a Jeep Wrangler at their location, and Keith called me within 10 minutes. Leading up to my seeing the vehicle, I traded many emails with Keith asking questions and he quickly and kindly replied to all of them with incredible patience. They allowed me to test drive the Jeep on my own, to take whatever time needed to evaluate it, and even made a simple repair that came up. I had already found my financing, though I would suggest considering Keith's expertise in exploring financing options. I also wanted to buy a hard top for the soft topped Jeep and was struggling to find a use

We recently purchased a vehicle from Pine City Auto Sales and it was a great experience! Very honest and trustworthy during the entire process. The car was professionally detailed thoroughly. We also had the car checked over at the dealer after purchasing and everything checked out well! Very impressed! Highly recommend this place for a nice, used car!

We got my daughter her first car which had been smoked in (heavily). These guys did a phenomenal job of cleaning, steaming, and detailing it. It looks and smells brand new! Thanks gents! My daughter is so happy!

They were very rude to my family and I when we went to sell one and buy one from here. After I sold my truck to them, they let it get broken into the very next day and had the upgrades taken. My mother is elderly and the way he had an attitude towards her was unacceptable. Then went as far as to message me on Facebook trying to put me in my place. Negative 1 star.

The guy is nice enough and he did come out on a holiday to work with us. My only issue is his useless warranty. It’s a scam. They don’t cover anything so read carefully. You pay 💰 it of pocket for everything then they tell you it’s not covered.
