Customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. My fiancé and I had an appointment at this dealership in order to try and find a new car (our first time getting one as a young married couple). After our short test drive, my fiancé asked the owner if the pricing was flexible. The owner was unwilling to budge the price at all, which would have been fine if he had not been so condescending. He asked my fiancé why he would “show up without knowing the price” and then rudely said he wouldn’t negotiate anything (every other dealership we went to would at least be respect or hold a conversation even if they were not going to change the price). I bought this vehicle March 25th.. last night it got towed .it needs MAJOR engine repairs.. Yes.. there was no warranty ..it was as is..BUT... I am truly horrified that a small family dealership would have something for sale like this on their lot... I was trying to support a local business versus going to a big dealership. Along with the high repair cost...I am renting a car while my newly purchased vehicle is being fixed...super disappointed isn't even remotely strong enough working for how I am feeling..

Check everything good before purchasing! After driving off with my purchase I went to put down my window and it didn't work! Unfortunately it was raining when I test drove it and never thought of putting windows down. The next day I went to start it and it wouldn't start. Found out only one key fob works to start it and lock the doors. After telling Don about it, he said they don't have time to check every little thing in a car and wouldn't do anything for me! He said a 2015 with 150,000 mi. is expected to have things wrong. If I drive 4 hrs. to see a vehicle, I'd sure hope things would be in working order so I don't have to spend an hr. to find what they didn't check. I shopped around at different dealers. Some gave low ball offers on trade in. That was not the case here. Their trade-in offer was fair, close to KBB. Bought a 2005 Ford Pilot a month ago, and it runs great. Have had no major issues. Radio wasnt working when we test drove it, was told it would be in before we picked it up and it was. There was a mix up with the pricing cuz the bill of sale was printed a few times and our deposit wasnt carried over, so we were charged extra when we picked up the vehicle. Jessica called the next day told us we were overcharged and refunded the money promptly. Only had to replace a few things that are minor, and bought a new battery cuz it was starting to wear out and when we had the below 0 weather the car wouldnt start. Got a new die hard battery with more CCA and had no problems since. Woyld buy from them again.
