I had some transmission, ABS, and steering column work done in another state, all of which failed to perform properly. Nick you're into and replaced fault parts and made it work great using warranteed parts, charging me nothing additional! He's got my business from now on.

I was in Fort Dodge today and noticed a large staple in my tire as I was getting into my car to return home in Ankeny. It was 5 minutes before closing time when I called and told them my issue. They told me to come right over and they would get me patched up. I'm so grateful for their kindness and expertise. I was able to return home safely. I highly recommend Pingle Tires. I had called like 6 different places to get my clutch replaced. Spoke with Nate. He was the only one that did not talk to me like I was some “stupid little girl”. He was respectful and gave me a really fair quote and it was done exactly when he said it would be. No BS no hidden costs. Car runs better than ever. Thanks Nate. I gave you guys 4 stars because when I called the couple times whoever answers the phone made it seem like a huge inconvenience. Besides the lack of customer service when you call; the work done, the timeframes, and the price were awesome.

I brought my truck in before my appointment and they got my truck in about 5 to 10 minutes after I arrived for my front brakes. They answered all of my questions. I think I have found a new place to do my business with for my truck and way cheaper than the Ford dealership. Very friendly and polite staff. Did it in a reasonable time frame.
