Pinnacle acceptance

Never bought a car from there but my granddaughter did as soon as she was about to pay off the car broke down, as she was trying to get it fixed and only a few payments away they Repo it..GO FIGURE.....

I'm on my way to get another car from them. I've received great service and enjoy doing building with. They give you a far shake and quality vehicles at a reasonable price.

Bought a Honda from them and didn’t drive it over 40 miles before light came on and had to have work done to it. Then took it back right after it was picked up from there shop cause it was sputtering during start up and it was timing going out on car and go back to get it after that and it’s still sputtering during start up. Sales man don’t even take the time to go listen to car all because how mechanic work on cars every day. Ohh yeah he don’t get up and check cause he say he not a mechanic

They are money hungry !! They want to take all your money and take your car after you put in so much for it. Don’t use these people !! I’ve been to better dealerships than this. ASHLEY( front desk secretary) always has an attitude and don’t know how to talk. They don’t text you of give you any warnings. They bad for business DONT USE THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t waste your time or money here. Horrible customer service and they sell cars that should never be driven on the road. If I could give negative stars I would.
