Disgraceful people. Brought my daughter’s car in per my insurance company’s suggestion for what what I expected to be a small fix as my neighbor who knows more than I do about cars said it didn’t seem too serious. At Pinto the guy put it up on the lift and pointing to things I didn’t understand, proceeded to tell me the most frightening horror stories I think it had to do with some metal thing near the tire? Or something? about how the thingamajig here and the hoozeewhat there were broken and very very very dangerous to drive and quoted me a fortune to fix right then. I said ok first let me take it to my local garage too to see what their estimate is and I’ll let you know. He told me that if I drove this home I might get killed and if I let my daughter drive it I was risking her life

Was hit in the rear quarter panel of my car. I went to Pinto's and they did an amazing job at a great price. From start to finish the process was efficient and I was very pleased with the top quality work they performed. A month or so later, an accessory body ground molding was coming off of the car, as Honda designed the piece to be attached with an adhesive clip and the adhesive failed. Took it to a local Honda dealer to repair and they repaired it with double sided tape....smh. Didn't take me 2 seconds to think of who can do the job correctly and I took it to Pinto's again. Pinto's did a fantastic job, 1000x better than the Dealer and at a great price. I would highly recommend Pinto's! Thanks to the team for doing an amazing job on both of my repairs!

The worst body shop I have ever been to. Poor customer service, poor workmanship poor attitude from ownership. I had my truck at this shop for over 50 days, every update received was because I called. Promised the vehicle on Jan 23 and didn't get it until 3rd week of February. I hoped that the poor customer service would be made up in workmanship, but that was not the case. Missing clips, front bumper and fender installed incorrect, broken parts in mutiple areas that they assumed as a customer wouldn't se it. It's very surprising to actually see they have 5 stars review ( if they are honest reviews). If I can rate zero stars I would.
