Pioneer Car Wash

Purchased a pack of their car wash coupons last year. Went to wash my car today and they "upgraded" to electronic codes and therfore refused to refund or trade my coupons In for their new codes. In my opinion, this is the equivalent to fraud and/or stealing. Go so.eplace else to wash and maintain your vehicle as these people are thieves.

I was just there and another car was behind us and we could not get the car wash system to work so we both left

I paid $13 for the most expensive car wash and my vehicle was about 20% cleaner. Will never go here again since this isn't the first time this has happened but I believe in giving 2nd chances. There is a car wash in Negaunee about 4 miles away that is cheaper and washed the car thoroughly. Perhaps the owner will see this post and correct the problem.

Just went there for the underbody flush and my car look the same after the wash and i paid the $12 wash. U dont even feel the water pressure under the car

This car wash is convenient to the gas station that I use and washes can be purchased at the pump, otherwise I would likely not go here. In Michigan, as with the rest of the rust belt states, the undercarriage wash is the most important part of the car wash. Honestly, I would love a JUST UNDERCARRIAGE wash, but I'm kind of a weirdo when it comes to that. Both wash bays are touchless, which doesn't actually get much off the car, especially when it's got some mud/dust or heavy salt. My main complaint is that the undercarriage is far too short in both bays, making me think that it's not a fluke or a bad sensor in one and not the other. I barely get past the mirrors and it's shut down. Not good for the UP.
