Pirates Cove Carwash - Goldsboro

Guys walked up and gave a discount on the wash. I purchased, went through, free vacuum for the car was a nice touch. I then noticed part of the front wasn't great. They let me go through again and then it was fabulous. Good guys, good place.

I was disappointed to say the least. The “kids” with the pressure washer wands, were to busy shooting the breeze to pay attention to what they were doing. Terrible! I also wanted to change my monthly plan to a family plan to add my wife’s car. The “kid” I spoke with just wanted to double my already $40.00 (ish) plan and take $5.00 dilates off… that would be ..$75.00 per month. I asked when would one of the owners be there ? He said tomorrow. I asked about what time they would be in ? His response was, “ they will tell you the same thing, that’s just how much it is ! I explained that is not what is advertised and that’s not what I was told when I joined He Became argumentative, I stopped him and Requested too, and did close my account. I will also try to upload pictures of my truck.

Will never return. I paid $21 for a car wash and my car is very clearly still nasty. I wouldn’t be complaining but $21 for it to look like this? As I was being strolled through the car wash stopped twice. Seemed that the workers were making it stop.

Overall the experience is always good. Just the attention to mirrors and front and rear needs to be more thoroughly done. On the trucks need scrub back window as well. As for parking and vacuuming, it's a pleasant experience most times there are clean rags to dry amd clean inside the vehicle. But occasionally there are multi stations without rags, also the bottles run empty. As I go at various times of the day, I notice there is always time to address these issues. But I do enjoy the car wash overall. And I do recommend Pirates Cove.

Was not very pleased with the car wash. We paid for the top one of 25 bucks. When the car came out it still had residue and bird crap on it. I was not to pleased with the outcome of the car after the wash. I feel for the money spent it should have been a better job.
