This place is an absolute joke. They have no idea what they are doing at all when it comes to the ignition interlock system. First and foremost they treated me like I was an idiot, extremely rude, and caused me more stress and aggravation, and time and money, that was completely unnecessary. Second their service fee has to be cash which they just put in their pockets. And that fee changed 3 different times. First it was 25 then it was 50. Just went to have my car serviced and now it's back down to 25. They don't follow there hours that they are open sign and website says 5 but they are lazy and close and hour early. They don't know how the system works. They kept telling me that I violated but here is the actually they unit just need reset because I screwed up blowing in the unit. Also acc

Do not....I REPEAT DO NOT go to this shop for your safe start interlock system. They act as though you are the biggest bother to them. Completely disrespectful, unprofessional and unhelpful. There is a very nice shop in Penfield and they are amazing! These individuals need an attitude adjustment. WORST GARAGE EVER!!! Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Contacted me about a truck I was looking for. Drove 45 min to see it as he stated he'd be open on saturday until 10:30. He was not present, chevy Colorado's frame was rusted out around the rear driver tire. Disappointed in all aspects of this.

Would definitely recommend this auto shop! Lisa was very helpful and friendly. We would use them again! Quality vehicles on the lot.
