This place is getting more and more parked trailer crowded Few months ago I was here, had no problems backing in at all in one of there cowered docks Now they have so many trailers on front of docks and it’s hard to back in When it comes to unloading they are fast no question asked but first you have to get in to the door Once you back in you better disconnect your airlines because the forklift operator will close the dock door and damage it The door will come down between trailer and your truck right on airlines and power line Will be back any time

So I guess these people here take the worlds longest lunch. Showed up at 11:00a for an 11:30a appointment, and told the person in receiving is at lunch until 1:30p. Unacceptable.

They damaged our trailer with a forklift , excepted responsibility but never paid for the repair. Even we accept lower payment which will cover only patching (they made 2 big holes in the roof) Spoke directly with the president Rayan Moore and the Nick Young Shift warehouse supervisor, exchanged more than 15 emails where they both took responsibility, agreed to pay the damage and never picked up the phone or respond to our emails afterword . Unprofessional and dishonest people , be careful and call police if you get into a similar situation
