I absolutely love going to PKB to get parts! Everyone goes above and beyond for me. They call me the horse lady lol. I had a broken awning on my horse trailer, Tony & Tom went to the back and cut a used old awning to get me the part I needed cause I was desperate. Today I went in because I didn’t have the right part for a AC unit we are installing in a horse trailer. Tony was quick to get me the right part and told me to bring the wrong part back in whenever I can. They all treat me like family! I do own a camper, we was out of town when we bought it. If I needed a new camper I would definitely buy from them. Tom, I do think you need to get in at least 1 River Ranch (FR) and let people see that type of camper. Ours is absolutely amazing! This place made me the best deal by $5,000+ cheaper than anyone I could find. The savings included extras I was adding like Auto Leveling, but not one local dealer to me would match or beat their price. I drove 5.5 hours to buy from this place. Best deal around. To top it off, after hooking up my new 5th wheel to take it home, I discovered an issue with my plug on my truck. Lights, but no brake lights or blinkers. This was a Saturday, I had limited options to get this fixed to drive 5.5 hours home safely. To top that off, the place closed at 3 and it was 2:30. To my astonishment, the owners son Todd (if I remember his name correctly) came over and asked me what was wrong. I loved working with Aaron buying our camper. He was an awesome salesman, as is everyone over in mineral wells. But the service team is awful with terrible customer service. Ending up buying an extended warranty with them, had an appointment to get it serviced before winter on November 30th. When brought down (we live about an hour away) they said it would be a few hours. We opted to leave our camper so they could work at it at their convenience. Told them we would be back down the following Saturday. My husband was working 6 days a week following thanksgiving so he missed hours at work to go pick up our camper the following Saturday giving them an EXTRA WEEK to complete the inspection. This place is a joke they buy jacked up campers and try to tell you they are wholesale, Tom is a joke he told me how do you expect me sell something for 100 dollars and fix it for a thousand even though the warranty was supposed to cover it. You buy a camper here expect it to leak and then they tell you the factory put on the wrong seals you better have about three boxes of caulking ready. Poor customer service in the way they are pissed when you contact them about something that's messed up even if the camper is a month old, don't believe the responses to the complaints on the reviews they are trolls trying to cover up their terrible business practices.
