I would not recommend this shop to ANYONE. The business is poorly run and my experience was extremely disappointing. I was charged an outrageous price for some work done. Unfortunately I had sent a friend to drop my car off . When they came back and I looked at the invoice- I was LIVID. I had gotten work done here in the past, and the prices were reasonable-however this time I was OVERCHARGED about $500, to make matters worse the mechanic refused to even work with me on the price. The quotes I received from several other places were under $500, and he charged me just about $1000. For REAR BRAKES on a 2012 VW JETTA. There was only one other quote that came anywhere near his 1k price tag & it was still $400 shy of 1k! So BEWARE: THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU PRICE WISE- IF THEY THINK TH

So far so good. Someone hit our parked car. It took him about 20 mins to call and get a quote on the piece, figure out the cost of installation and paint etc...and how long it would take to fix. Everything sounded reasonable. Will check back after all is said and done.

i don’t recommend this shop. only positives were the staff were very nice BUT they pulled shady shit and scammed me and then tried to act like they didn’t. my car had an interference motor and after already spending over $1000 they determined they did a proper compression test and claimed i needed a new timing belt. $1600 later i have a new timing belt but all of a sudden my engine blows up and i had a bent valve but they claimed they didn’t see that during the test. they would have seen this if they did a proper test. instead they threw parts at my car and the owner gave me 15% off labor which was a joke. so you’re telling me your techs make an error (which is understandable shit happens) but then you’re still gonna make me pay over $2000 for me having to junk my car??!?! Thanks a lot guy

Bell diagnosed and located the problem of my non working turn signal light, immediatly ! The previous service center had installed the wrong bulb. Bell ordered the bulb and it arrived within minutes.I visited the previous service center twice .The issue was too complex for them. They said it was an electrical issue and they were not able to repair it. I don't live in the area ,so I stopped by Plainfield Service Center while passing by. I was very lucky to have stopped at the right place. I will travel out of my way from now on for their knowledgeable service. My car is a Volkswagen tiguan

Today was the first time that I had my truck serviced at Plainfield Service Center. Everyone that I spoke to at the shop was very helpfull and knowledgeable. I called in the morning, without an appointment and Bell told me that they could look at it within the next hour. He explained the repairs needed and made some helpfull suggestions. He even gave me a ride to my house and back to the shop when the work was done. Thank you very much for the great job and excellent service, it's definitely appreciated.
