Platinum Full Service Garage

We have been using Platinum Garage for about a year to service our light-duty fleet, and they have been excellent to work with. They have consistently been accommodating, even taking on some units that fall outside their usual scope, helping us keep our vehicles on the road. Their pricing and estimates are very transparent. Every quote we’ve received has been followed up with a phone call to review the details and, when applicable, discuss alternative options to help manage repair scope and cost. We’ve developed a strong working relationship with Platinum Garage and plan to continue outsourcing specialty work that is better suited to be handled outside of our shop.

Showed up with a laundry list of things I needed done for an upcoming move where I needed to drive myself and young child across a few states, needed my truck completely squared away before going. Ryan was patient with me as I went through everything and the things I had to call back to add on. I wasn’t in a time crunch as there was still a few weeks left prior to the move but the techs and Ryan had everything buttoned up and ready for me to pick the truck up in about 2 days and that’s with waiting on a few gaskets to get driven from rapid city. All their work held up across the move and still works well today. Thanks Ryan and the staff that worked to get my truck back quickly and professionally. They’re an honest bunch of people you get what you pay for Over 15 years of going there, the quality of work is top notch. When she was ready to leave in the morning, her car wouldn't start. I called Platinum from Great Falls and spoke to Ryan. We had her car towed to the garage where Ryan greeted her which made her feel secure.
