If I could give zero stars, I would. Platinum Sales of Billerica sold me a used truck (2011 Ford F-150, 120k miles) in July 2025 that turned out to be a complete lemon, with significant undisclosed structural issues. The truck failed inspection on July 25, and I immediately notified Platinum. I obtained written assurances from Platinum that they would repair the truck, fix the frame, and “make it right.” I returned the truck to them on July 27 for inspection and repair. I gave them the option to either fix the truck so it was fit for its ordinary purpose and would pass inspection or to refund me the purchase price. From there, they dragged their feet for weeks. Despite repeated written promises, Platinum did nothing meaningful to resolve the situation - no written estimates, scope of work

Recently was looking for a daily AWD car. Found one that I was interested in here. 2016 Audi A6 Easy transaction. Met with Batu. Had the car ready to test drive, got back and paid . Bath answered any questions I had. Also went a few extra steps to close the deal . Thanks Batu Awesome guy.

Mason was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me throughout the entire process. The car itself drives nicely, has great fuel efficiency, and includes all of the extras I was hoping for.
