Pleasant View Retirement

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. My father moved here in May of 2025. Immediately he felt at home. Residents showed him around and where everything was. He met many new friends while there, and talked highly of the place. From the Admin staff, cleaning staff and the gentleman that would help hang his pictures everyone was pleasant and friendly. Thank You all for making Dad as happy as he was.

Some reviewers may be confusing Pleasant View Retirement with Pleasant View Nursing Home. Pleasant View Retirement offers independent living in a beautiful, gracious facility with an excellent, caring staff. Delicious dinners are served in the lovely dining room and a wide variety of activities are offered. My mother-in-law had a sweet apartment there that met her needs perfectly. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely Retirement Home in Concord, NH that provides a safe environment for retired residents. It has a caring staff, an awesome dining room with wonderful food and many activities for the residents to participate in. It is close to Concord Hospital and Pleasant View Center should the need arise for medical assistance. They have free laundry facilities, a fitness center, a game room and an outdoor summer pool. Tours are provided so that you may see first hand what is available and have an opportunity to see the upgraded modern apartments.

Pet friendly, caring fun staff , Dining Service available . No nursing services in building but encourages/allows home health agency use if needed to maintain your Independence!

Great place for my Mom to live independently. She feels safe and cared about by the staff no matter the need. She is treated with respect and is given the freedom to comfortably live, be social and age gracefully.
