I purchased a microwave from PleasureLand after finding them on a Google search. I was hesitant at first, since this wasn't an appliance company, but they are indeed a legit and very customer-focused company. They were selling the same microwave model as one I'd purchased a couple of years ago (which apparently is now discontinued) and the discounted price made this a must-buy. I received a brand new and perfectly working unit. Nice to be able to call a company and get a real person right away. They are now one of my online shopping bookmarks. Thanks Chad!

I was greeted when I walked in and offered help immediately to find what I needed. They didn't just point it out. The rep took me to the item I needed and answered all my questions. It was very easy.

We purchased a trailer here October 2022 and they closed it up winterized it and we put it on our site. When we went to our site in May there was water from a leak mind you we never even opened the trailer ourselves. We called and were told there was nothing they would do for us. Our trailer was a 2021 and was one of the “lease” returns. We had to get the leak fixed and our trailer was covered in black mold and pleasureland and the people we talked to just told us there was nothing wrong, black mold doesn’t grow in the winter months in cold I don’t think. So now I have a trailer that had to have the roof redone and the people we had look at it said the damage would have been clear to whoever inspected for the lease return. We won’t be back to pleasureland ever and will share our experience

I rented a camper from Brainerd Pleasure Land in June and everything went very smoothly. Duane was very helpful with all the paper work and setting up with pick up and return. I will definitely rent again next summer.
