Plum Auto Works

I've purchased two vehicles from Plum Auto Works over the past 15 years - a Honda Accord and a GMC Sierra 2500HD. Both vehicles were very clean and run very well. John and his team have always been transparent and go above and beyond to make me and my family happy with our purchases. I'll be looking to buy a third vehicle from them in the coming months. Highly recommend.

I just bought a really great Volvo here. He gave me a really nice warranty so I took my time getting to my mechanic. I just got home from the shop. My mechanic was really impressed with this super clean car. Everything works like it should he raved about the condition. I had just found the car online so I was a little nervous. The dealership was great. The cars are great. The process was easy and smooth. No hidden costs. No gimmicks. Just nice cars.

While looking for a commuter car, l happened into plum auto. I met John the owner. He showed me a few cars, and I really liked a Volvo S60 that he had on the lot.To make a long story short, John sold me the car for less than loan value, I had an emission problem with the car shortly after purchase and he took care of the problem with no hassle whatsoever. There was no BS, just a good car buying experience. Thanks again John.

We bought the car 3 weeks ago (8/17). The car itself is sweet but that's about it! The day we picked up the car, check engine light came up! Called them to fix and they promised to fix it by next Saturday. Called in advance on Sat morning, they said the car will be ready to pick up afternoon. Went there and picked up the car heading back home, which is an hour drive. Called us on our way home saying the car was not ready yet. RIDICULOUS! Why did they even let us pick up the car in the first place?! Later they offered us to buy an aftermarket warranty and they will pay for it. Sounds great right? The funniest thing is, however, they don't even trust the warranty company we prefer to purchase from. I'd say Plum Auto Work got great cars but terrible communication and administration! This comp

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Plum Auto Works in Newburyport Ma .As you can see i gave it 5 stars . This was a very smooth process from beginning to end .
